1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the services offered by Luxempiria (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) through our website or any other channel, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.
2. Services
Luxempiria provides premium mobility and luxury travel solutions, including but not limited to:
- Chauffeur & ground transportation
- Luxury vehicle rental
- Private aviation charters
- Helicopter transfers
- Yacht charters
- Hotel and hospitality concierge
- Evacuation and cross-border solutions
All services are subject to availability and may be modified or discontinued at any time without prior notice.
3. Bookings and Reservations
All bookings must be confirmed in writing by an authorised Luxempiria representative. A reservation is only considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation from our operations team. We reserve the right to decline any booking at our sole discretion.
- Bookings must include accurate passenger and itinerary details.
- Special requirements (dietary, accessibility, security) must be communicated at the time of booking.
- Changes to confirmed bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Payment Terms
Payment terms are agreed individually for each service and client. Unless otherwise specified:
- A deposit may be required to secure the reservation.
- Full payment is due before service commencement.
- Corporate accounts are subject to a separate credit agreement.
- All prices are quoted exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation terms vary by service type and are specified at the time of quotation. As a general guide:
- Cancellations made more than 72 hours before service commencement may receive a full refund of any deposit paid.
- Cancellations within 24–72 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.
- Charter aviation, yacht, and bespoke services are subject to their own cancellation terms as stated in the respective agreements.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for ensuring that all passengers hold valid travel documents, visas, and any required permits for their journey. Luxempiria shall not be liable for any loss, delay, or additional costs arising from incomplete or invalid documentation. Clients must ensure all information provided at the time of booking is accurate and complete.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Luxempiria shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control (force majeure), including adverse weather conditions, air traffic control restrictions, mechanical failures, or government actions.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or in connection with a service shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific service.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Luxempiria website — including text, images, logos, and branding — is the exclusive property of Luxempiria or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
10. Amendments
Luxempiria reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon publication on this page. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
